1. Completed training on the PERN stack i.e Postgres, ExpressJS, React, NodeJS. Utilised 3 cloud providers i.e AWS / Azure / GCP for deployment and databases, as well as 2 test suites including Jest and Cypress.
2. Applied coherent communication and mutually beneficial collaboration within team settings during and before the final project. Resulted in harmonious teamwork in 3 projects.
3. Developed a grammar correction and rephrasing tool with a team of 4 as part of the final project. Successfully deployed and delivered in 4 weeks with automation testing. 

1. Assisting 17 other volunteers with their various technical queries.
2. Setup and troubleshooting devices including computers, mobile phones, wifi. 
3. Performing non-technical activities such as setting up bank accounts and doing basic translation. Created 2 bank accounts, plus 8 other accounts including phone and wifi contracts.

Purpose of this charity is to resettle Syrian refugees in Sheffield according to the Home Office Resettlement Scheme.

1. Created product prototypes, both digital and physical. Primarily involved in 3D Modelling/Printing, AR/VR, Game Development utilising Unity Engine and AWS. Prototyped 2 projects including a game and a 3D online store front for barbers. 
2. Liaised with prospective clients and partners. Attended more than 5 industry events for networking including AWS Summit, EGX, BAFTA Games Awards and Google Indie Games Showcase. Joined the Natwest Pre-Accelerator Programme for pre-seed mentoring.
3. Managed finances and carried out admin related work i.e filing corporation tax with HMRC and annual company statements with Companies House.

1. Resolved technical queries as a first point of contact for breakdowns. Remoted into machines for advanced problems. Liaised with an average of 50 customers on a daily basis.
2. Advised on product sales with emphasis on the technical capabilities/advantages which consisted of approximately 5% of the workload.
3. Maintained diagnostic and booking standards for products for customers as well as in-store colleagues, with greater than 95% successful diagnoses.
